Weather Forecast During 16-17 Sep, the intense monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the upper Central and the Northeast to the low pressure cell in the middle South China Sea. The southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Abundant rains and isolated heavy rain are likely in upper Thailand. During 18-22 sep, the southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will strengthen.
The low pressure cell in the middle South China Sea will be upgraded to the tropical storm and will move to central Vietnam and the Northeast of Thailand.
More rains and isolated heavy to very heavy rain are likely in the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South West Coast.
Warning During 18-22 Sep, people in the Northeast, the western Central, the East and the South West Coast should beware of heavy to very heavy rain. All ships in the Andaman and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore.
Northern Part During 16-18 Sep, fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy
rain mainly in the lower part.
During 19-22 Sep, scattered thundershowers mostly in the lower part.
