These cause increasing rain are expected over Thailand and isolated heavy to very heavy rain especially in the Northeast, the Central, the East and the upper South. Warning During 19-21 Sep, people in the Northeast, the Central, the East and the upper South should beware of heavy to very heavy rain. All ships in the Andaman and the upper Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution. Especially during 19-21 Sep small boats keep ashore.
