Weather Forecast During 19-21 sep, the tropical depression in the central Vietnam. It is forecast down grade and move across, Laos and the lower Northeast of Thailand. While the southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will strengthen throughout the period. These cause increasing rain are expected over Thailand and isolated heavy to very heavy rain especially in the Northeast, the Central, the East and the upper South.
Typhoon “USAGI” in the eastern Philippines trends to move pass north Philippines and go to South China Sea during 21-22 September.
Warning During 19-21 Sep, people in the Northeast, the Central, the East and the upper South should beware of heavy to very heavy rain. All ships in the Andaman and the upper Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution. Especially during 19-21 Sep small boats keep ashore.
Northern Part Scattered thundershowers throughout the period mostly in the western and the lower part.
