General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand leading to wind-wave 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. At 4.00 a.m. LST today, the tropical storm “USAGI” was centered at Guangdong, China will move to Guangxi. This storm will be downgraded to the tropical depression and the low pressure cell later. All travelers are advised to follow the weather forecast before their departure for Guangdong and Guangxi, China included of Hong Kong. Beside, the tropical storm “PABUK” in the Pacific Ocean will move to Japan and no direct to Thailand.
