During 25-28 Sep, the monsoon trough will lie across the lower North, the upper Central and the Northeast affect to these areas increasing rain and isolated heavy rain.
Typhoon “USAGI” in the upper South China Sea will make landfall at Hong Kong today and the tropical storm “PABUK” in the Pacific Ocean will move to Japan and no direct to Thailand.
