General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand leading to isolated heavy rain over the lower Central and the East. The wind wave 2-3 meters high is likely in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 23-24 September.
