There will be significant impacts of heavy rain in the upper and eastern portion of northeastern Thailand. During 29 Sep-5 Oct, the stronger southwest monsoon will prevail over the Andaman Sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf causing more rain and isolated heavy rain. Warning Warning During 29 Sep, people in the Central and the East should beware of heavy rain and during 1-3 Oct, people in the upper and eastern portion of Northeast should beware of heavy rain. During 29 Sep - 5 Oct, all ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution.
