Weather Forecast Weather Forecast During 30 Sep-1 Oct, typhoon “WUTIP” in the middle South China Sea will move attack Vietnam and will downgrade to tropical storm and tropical depression ,respectively before travelling to Nakhon Phanom, Thailand. Then this storm will decline to low pressure cell over the joint of both the North and Northeast, the storm is expected to decay, bringing more rain, isolated heavy to very heavy rain and gust over the eastern and upper Northeast and the eastern North. During 2-6 Oct, the monsoon trough will lies across the lower Central, the East and the upper South. The southwest monsoon remains cover the Andaman Sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf causing more rain and isolated heavy rain in these areas. Warning Warning During 30 Sep-1 Oct, people in the include Mukdahan, Nakhon Phanom, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Kalasin, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Nong Bua Lamphu, Loei, Chaiyaphum, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun should beware of heavy to very heavy rain in some place and during 2-6 Oct, people in the lower Central, the East and the upper South should beware of heavy rain.
