General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough lies across the Central and the East to low pressure cell in the middle of China Sea. The southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. More rain in the Central, the east and the upper south and isolated heavy rain. During 2-6 October 2013, the monsoon trough will lies across the lower Central, the East and the upper South to the low pressure in the middle of the South China Sea cause these areas more rain and heavy in some place.
