General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The active low pressure covered the upper Gulf of Thailand to making landfall on Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The strong southwest monsoon prevail Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. Torrential rain, as well as isolated heavy to very heavy rain, is likely over the areas. People should beware of the severe weather during 7-8 October. The provinces include Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Ranong, Phang-nga and Phuket.

The strong wind wave is expected in the Gulf with wave 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 7-9 October.

During 7-11 October, another high pressure from China will cover the upper country, leading to drop of temperature and cool weather in the morning in the areas by the start of the Northeast first.

Southern Part (East Coast) Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated
