Weather Forecast The monsoon trough lies across the lower Central and the East, and the low pressure cell cover Cambodia that will move to the upper Gulf. More rain and isolated heavy to very heavy rain is likely in the areas.
During 7-11 Oct, another high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand. 2-4 oC drops is expected over the North, the Northeast and the upper Central. The monsoon trough will lie across the East and the upper South bringing abundant rain and isolated heavy rain with strong wind wave in these areas.
Tropical storm “FITOW” over the Pacific Ocean will move to the eastern China. This storm is no significant to Thailand.
Warning During 6-8 Oct, people in the lower Central, the East and the upper South should beware of heavy rain. All ship in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and small ships in the upper Gulf keep ashore.
