General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The active low pressure over Prachuap Khiri Khan has moved to the upper Andaman Sea. The rather strong southwest monsoon prevail Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. Isolated heavy rain is likely over the lower Central and the upper South. People should beware of the heavy rain during this period. The provinces include Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Ranong and Phang-nga.

The strong wind wave is expected in the Andaman Sea with 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during this period.
