General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The high pressure from China still extends to upper Thailand leading cool in the morning in the North and the Northeast. Increasing rain is likely in the Central and the East. The moderate monsoon trough lies across the South. The southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Abundant rain and heavy rain are likely in the South. The wind wave is expected about 2 meters height in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution.
