General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Typhoon “NARI” made landfall at Da Nang, Vietnam and downgrade to tropical storm, tropical depression and low pressure cell quickly, at 04.00 a.m. the storm covers northeastern Thailand near Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen and Ubon Ratchathani. More rain and isolated heavy rain is expected with windy over the Northeast and the East of Thailand. Significant impacts are expected to occur in the following provinces, namely, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani during 1-2 days.
During 16-19 October, another rather strong high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand leading to cool weather with 5-8 ?C drop and in the North and the upper Northeast.
