General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time At 04.00 a.m. (17 October 2013), The low pressure cell cover the lower North and the upper Central near Phitsanulok, Phichit, Nakhon Sawan and Chai Nat causing widespread in the Central with isolated heavy rain in Kamphaeng Phet, Phitsanulok, Phichit, Nakhon Sawan, Chai Nat and Sing Buri. This low pressure cell remains move west and will move to cover the Myanmar next time effect to increase rain in the lower North and the Central. The Northeast and the East will decrease rain on 18 October 2013.
