General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The rather strong high pressure over upper Thailand was weakening. Cool weather remains with an increase of fog in the morning and dense fog in some areas.
The moderate Northeast monsoon still prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand, and the low pressure remains over the tips of Sumatra. Torrential rain, as well as isolated heavy rain, is expected over the South in the few days. The wind wave is likely about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf. All ships should beware proceed with caution.
