It is moving west at speed of 20 km/hr. The storm keeps westward and downgrade rapidly with the dry and cool air from China. It will decline in Tonkin Bay on 3 Nov, 2013 and no impact Thailand.
The high pressure area from China has extended to cover upper Thailand. Cool weather, 3-5 ?C drops are expected in the North and the Northeast. While 1-2 ?C drops is expected in the Central and the East. The Northeast monsoon over the South and the Gulf of Thailand will intensify cause increasing rain.
