During 7-10 Nov, the tropical depression in the Philippines will move to South China Sea and toward the upper Gulf of Thailand. More rain is likely in the lower Northeast, the lower Central, the East and the South with isolated heavy rain expected in the South East Coast.
Tropical storm “Krosa” in the upper South China Sea will dissipate nearly the coastal of Vietnamese by 5 November.
