Weather Forecast During 12-16 Nov, the rather strong high pressure area from China extends to upper Thailand leading rainfall at the beginning and temperature will drop 1-3 oC likely in the North, the Northeast, the upper Central.
During 13-15 Nov, the tropical depression over the Pacific Ocean will move through Philippines to the South China Sea. It is forecast to move across southern Vietnam and cover the East, the lower Central and the upper south of Thailand during 16-17 Nov. More rain and isolated heavy rain is likely in the areas with the strong wind wave about 2-3 meters high in the upper Gulf of Thailand.
Warning During 15-17 Nov, people in the East and the upper South should beware of heavy rain. All ship in the upper Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution.
