Cool weather and 1-3 oC drop is likely in the North, the Northeast, the upper Central and the East. The rather strong Northeast monsoon prevails over the South and the Gulf. Abundant rain and isolated heavy. The stronger wind wave 2-3 meters high is likely in the Gulf of Thailand.
During 19-22 Nov, the low pressure cell in the lower South China Sea will move pass Malaysia. More rains and isolated heavy rain are likely in the lower South.
Warning During 19-24 Nov, people in the lower South should beware of heavy rain. All ship in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and small boats should keep ashore.
Northern Part During 18-20 Nov, morning cool with fog and 1-3 oC drops.
Widely scattered thundershowers mostly in the upper part.
