General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The active low pressure over the coastal of Malaysia is moving to cover the lower South of Thailand. And It will move to the Andaman Sea tomorrow (22 Nov). Abundant rain and heavy to very heavy rain many places are remain in the South. People in the provinces include Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun should beware of this severe weather until 23 November.
The strong wind wave in the Gulf of Thailand from Prachuap Khiri Khan downward is expected 2-4 meters high and 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea. All ship should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore.
