General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The ridge of moderate high pressure from China has extended to cover Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. Cool to cold weather is likely by dropping 1-2 ?C in the Northeast while rain remains in the rest areas.

Another high pressure from China during 27-30 November will extend to upper Thailand leading to cooler weather by dropping 3-5?C over the area. The stronger Northeast monsoon across the south and the Gulf of Thailand brings more rain, as well as stronger wind wave 2-3 meters high in the Gulf. All ships in the Gulf should take more caution.

Tropical cyclone “LEHAR” covers the middle Bay of Bengal is expected to make landfall in middle India during 28-29 November.
