Cooler weather with 5-7 ?C and windy is likely over the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. Cold weather and temperature will below 16 ?C is expected in some areas of Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Lamphun, Lampang, Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon and Nakhon Phanom. People in the areas should take care of your health due to the weather change.
The stronger northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and southern Thailand and the low pressure cell will move to Malaysia and the lower South during 2-3 December. Isolated heavy to very heavy rain is expected over the South. People in the South should beware of severe weather. The Provinces include Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. The wind wave in the Gulf of Thailand is expected about 2-3 meters.
