General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The weak high pressure over Thailand still makes cool to cold weather with fog in the morning, as well as thick patches in some areas in the upper part of the country. All transports should take caution due to poor visibility.
During 9-11 January, another high pressure from China will extend to northeastern Thailand. Cooler weather by dropping 2-3 ?C is expected over the country. Besides, the stronger northeast monsoon will prevail over the South and the Gulf of Thailand leading to more rain over the South with wave 2-3 meters high in the lower Gulf.
