The weak northeast monsoon prevails over the South and the Gulf of Thailand cause decreasing rain in this area and wave height in the Gulf of Thailand is weaker too. During 9-13 Jan, the rather strong high pressure area will extend cover upper Thailand with 2-4 ?C drops. The stronger Northeast monsoon prevail cover the South and the Gulf of Thailand cause increasing rain and wind wave in the lower Gulf about 2-3 meters. During 10-12 Jan, the westerly through from Myanmar move across to the North the central and the Northeast cause more rain and temperature drop.Warning During 7-8 Jan, All transports should take precaution due to poor visibility. During 9-12 Jan, all ships in the lower Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution
