General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The rater strong high pressure from China extends to Northeast of Thailand and South China Sea. Cooler weather by dropping 2-3 ?C is forecast to affect first the Northeast and then the rest regions. The strong northeast monsoon will prevail across the South and the Gulf of Thailand leading to more rain over the South with wave 2-3 meters high in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution.
