General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Another active high pressure from China covers Vietnam and the South China Sea. It is expected to reach upper Thailand during 13-16 January. Very cold weather will be likely by dramatically dropping 5-7 ?C and gust, affecting first the northeast then the rest regions.
The northeast monsoon across the South and the Gulf of Thailand will grow stronger. It affects the Gulf with strong wind. Wave 2-3 meters high will be likely in the lower Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
