The weak northeast monsoon across the South and the Gulf of Thailand causes the wind wave about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammarat. All ships should proceed with caution in couple days.
During 19-20 January, another high pressure from China will extend to the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. Colder weather will be likely by dropping 1-3 ?C, as well as the stronger wind wave 2-3 meters high in the lower Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
