General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The westerly trough covers the North, the upper Central and the upper Northeast of Thailand leading to rain.
Another high pressure covers the middle China. It is expected to reach the upper country tomorrow (19 February). Cooler weather by dropping 2-4 C will be likely over the North and the Northeast. During 20-23 February, the stronger wind wave will be expected over the Gulf of Thailand with wave about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammarat Southward. All ships should proceed with caution.
