Weather Forecast During 19-22 Feb, the nearly intense high pressure from China extends to cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Rain with 3-5 C drops are likely in the North, Northeast, the Central and the East. The stronger easterly wind prevails over the Gulf and southern Thailand causing increasing rain over the areas with 2-3 meters of wave height in the lower Gulf from Surat Thani southward.

During 23-25 Feb, this high pressure will weaken. Rising in temperature and fog in the morning is expected over Thailand. The wind wave in the Gulf of Thailand will be weak during the period.

Warning People in upper Thailand should keep healthy due to weather change. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and, and small boats from Surat Thani southward keep ashore.

Northern Part During 19-22 Feb, fog in the morning with isolated rain and 2-4 oC drops.

Cold in the upper part, minimum temperature 12-15 C. Elsewhere cool, minimum temperature 16-23 oC.

Maximum temperature 28-33 C. Cold to very cold on the mountain top, minimum temperature 6-12 oC.

Southerly winds 10-30 km/hr.

During 23-24 Feb, rise in temperature; cool with light fog remains in the morning and thick patches in some areas.

Minimum temperature 16-20 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C. Southerly winds 10-20 km/hr.

Northeastern Part During 19-21 Feb, cool to cold with isolated to widely scattered and 3-5 C drops.

Minimum temperature 17-20 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 oC. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr.

During 22-24 Feb, cool with fog in the morning. Minimum temperature 20-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 oC.

Cold on the mountain top, minimum temperature 10-15 C. Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr.

Central Part During 18-19 Feb, fog in the morning and isolated rain mostly in the upper part.

Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C.

Cool on the mountainous areas, minimum temperature 16-19 C. Southerly winds 10-30 km/hr.

During 20-21 Feb, cool with fog in the morning with isolated to widely scattered and 1-3 C drops.

Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Southerly winds 15-30 km/hr.

After that rise in temperature and more fog.

Eastern Part During 18-19 Feb, cloudy and isolated to widely scattered mostly along

the coastal areas.

Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C.

Cool on the mountainous areas, minimum temperature 16-19 C.

Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave height below 1 meter.

During 20-21 Feb, cloudy with widely scattered rain and 1-3 oC drops.

Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C.

Southeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters. After that rise in temperature and more fog.

Southern Part (East Coast) During 18-19 Feb, cloudy and isolated light rain mostly

in the upper part.

Minimum temperature 22-24 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr.

Wave height about 1 meter.

During 20-24 Feb, very cloudy and widely scattered to scattered thundershowers.

Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C.

The upper Gulf: Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. wave height 1-2 meters.

The lower Gulf: Easterly winds 20-40 km/hr. wave height 2-3 meters

Southern Part (West Coast) During 18-19 Feb, partly cloudy and isolated rain.

Minimum temperature 22-24 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Variable winds 15-30 km/hr.

Wave height about 1 meter.

During 20-24 Feb, cloudy and widely scattered thundershowers.

Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C.

Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. wave height 1-2 meters, offshore about 2 meters.

Metropolitan During 18-19 Feb, partly cloudy with 10 chance of light rain.

Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 oC. Southerly winds 10-30 km/hr.
