Weather Forecast During 20-24 Mar, the moderate high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand and the westerly trough will move from Myanmar to the North of Thailand. Summer thunderstorm i.e. thunderstorm with gust and hail is expected the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East then 5-7 oC drops. The stronger easterly wind will prevails over the South and the Gulf of Thailand during 22-24 Mar. Increasing rain is expected in the areas with stronger wind wave about 2 meters in the lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammarat southward.
After that on 25 Mar, this high pressure area will weaken and the westerly trough move from upper Thailand to Laos. Thunderstorms over Thailand will be decrease.
Warning During 20-24 Mar, people in the North, the Northeast, the Central, Bangkok Metropolis and vicinity and the East should beware of thunderstorm with gust and hail. During 22-24 Mar, all ships in the lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammarat southward should proceed with caution.
