General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The heat low pressure area covers upper Thailand causing hot weather over the country with very hot in the North and the Central. The southeasterly wind brings isolated thundershowers in the lower Northeast, the East and the South.
During 28-31 March, the easterly wave will move from the lower South China Sea to the Gulf and the South of Thailand. Increasing rain is expected over the areas during the period.
