General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The rather strong high pressure covers upper Thailand (the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East) today. By 30 April, it will have covered the areas with summer thunderstorm, as well as thundershowers, gust and isolated hail.
People are warned of the severe weather as followings:
Northern provinces include Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Nan, Lamphun, Lampang, Phrae, Uttaradit, Tak, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun.
Northeastern provinces include Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham and Roi Et.
Central provinces include Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Lop Buri and Saraburi including Bangkok and its vicinity.
Eastern provinces include Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat
