Weather Forecast During 18-19 May, The hot weather remains over upper Thailand while the moderate southwesterly winds prevail over the Andaman Sea and western part of the country. Thundershowers are likely in the North, the lower Central, the East and the South, as well as isolated heavy rain in the South West Coast. The southeast wind brings the humidity from the South China Sea to the Northeast of Thailand with more rain during the period.
During 20-24 May, the moderate southwesterly winds will prevail over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Rainfall will continue over the country and the hot weather will decrease.
The moderate wind wave in the Andaman Sea is likely above 2 meters high especially in thundershower areas throughout the period.
Warning People in the South West Coast should beware of heavy rain and all ships in the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution throughout the period.
