General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate monsoon trough lies across the upper North of Thailand, Burma, Laos and upper Vietnam. The strong southwest monsoon still prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Abundant rain, as well as isolated heavy rain, remains over the country. People should beware of the severe weather condition during 1-2 days. The wind waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely 2-4 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
Tropical storm “HAGIBIS” in the upper South China Sea downgraded to tropical depression and it was made landfall over southern China and this storm will downgrade to low pressure. All travelers are advised to check the weather fore before departure for Fujian province, China, while the storm does not affect Thailand.
