Weather Forecast On 17 Jun, the moderate monsoon trough lies across the upper North of Thailand, Laos
and upper Vietnam. The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Abundant rain, as well as isolated heavy rain, is expected over the country. The strong wind waves in the Andaman Sea are likely 2-3 meters high.
During 18-20 Jun, these monsoon trough and southwest monsoon will weaken. Decreasing rainfalls are likely in the country. Wind waves in the upper Andaman sea with about 2 meters high.
During 21-23 Jun, the monsoon trough will lie across the upper of the North and the Northeast. More rains and isolated heavy rain are likely in the areas.
Warning On 17 and during 21-23 Jun, people in the North, the upper Northeast, the Central, the East and the South should beware of the heavy rain. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
