General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is weaken but continuous rain over the country except the South get less rain. The wind waves in the upper Andaman Sea and upper Gulf of Thailand is weaken.
During 28-30 June, the stronger southwest monsoon and the low pressure over the Gulf of Tonkin will result in more rain, as well as isolated heavy to very heavy rain especially in the wind ward side of the country and eastern Northeast. The wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution during the period.
