General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. The active low pressure covers Laos and upper Vietnam. More rain is likely over the country, as well as isolated heavy rain especially in the Northeast, the East and the South West Coast. The wind waves are expected 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and upper Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 30 June - 2 July.
