Weather Forecast Weather Forecast: During 29 June-2 July, the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf, and the low pressure cell covers upper Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin. More rains are likely over Thailand with isolated heavy rain in the upper North, the Northeast, the lower Central, the East and the South West Coast. The wind wave 2-3 meters high is expected in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand.
After that during 3-5 July, this low pressure cell over upper Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin will weaken but the rather strong southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Rains with isolated heavy will continue over the wind ward side of the east and the South West Coast. The strong wind wave remains in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand with 2-3 meters high.
