Weather Forecast During 15-16 Jul, the weakening southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Widely scattered to scattered rain is likely over Thailand with the wind wave about 2 meters high in the Andaman Sea.
During 17-21 Jul, Typhoon “RAMMASUN” over the Pacific Ocean will move across the Philippines through the upper South China Sea will make landfall over southern China and cover upper Vietnam. Then, the southwest monsoon will get stronger to bring more rain is expected over Thailand and isolated heavy rain in the North, the Northeast, the East and the upper South. The stronger wind waves are expected in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand with 2-3 meters high.
Warning During 18-21 July, people in the North, the Northeast, the East and the upper South should beware of heavy rain. All vessels should proceed with caution and small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore.
