During 25-28 July, the stronger southwest monsoon will prevail over the Andaman, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand, and the low pressure cell will cover the upper Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin. More rain is expected over Thailand and isolated heavy rain in the upper North, the Northeast, the East and the western part of Thailand. The stronger wind waves with 2-3 meters high is expected over the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand.
Typhoon “MATMO” over the Pacific Ocean east of the Philippines is moving northwest to Taiwan and the eastern China. This storm has no effect on Thailand. During 22-25 July, travelers should follow the weather forecast before departure for Manila the Philippines, Taipei, Taiwan and Shanghai, China.
