Weather Forecast the southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen and the low pressure cell covers the Gulf of Tonkin throughout the period. More rain is likely over Thailand and isolated heavy rain in the North, the Northeast, the East and the southern West Coast. The stronger wind wave with 2-3 meters high is expected over the Andaman Sea.

Tropical Depression in the pacific ocean or east of Philippine. Becomes strengthened into a tropical storm. Expected, it moves to Taiwan in 31 Jul – 2 Aug, 2014. Travelers should follow the weather forecast before departure for Taipei, Taiwan. This storm is not to effect to weather of Thailand.

Warning During 29 July– 3 August, people in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South West Coast should beware of heavy rain. All vessels the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution.

Phuket northward: Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters.

Krabi southward: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters.
