General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate southwest monsoon remains over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf, and the low pressure covers upper Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin. Scattered rain is likely over the Thailand with isolated heavy rain in the upper North, Northeast, the East and the South West Coast. The wind waves in the upper Andaman Sea are expected about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
Tropical storm “NAGRI” in the pacific ocean or eastern of Taiwan. Expected this storm will move to South Korea. This storm not affects Thailand.
