General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate southwest monsoon remains over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf, and the low pressure covers Laos and upper Vietnam. Scattered to fairly widespread rain is likely over Thailand with isolated heavy rain in the upper North, Northeast and the East. The wind waves in the upper Andaman Sea are expected about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
Tropical storm “NAGRI” in the pacific ocean or eastern of Taiwan. Expected this storm will move to South Korea during 2-3 Aug. This storm not affects Thailand.
