The low pressure cell covers upper Vietnam. Increasing rain and isolated heavy rain in the Central the East and the South west coast while decreasing rain in the North and the Northeast. The wind wave with about 2 meters high is expected over the Andaman Sea.
Tropical Storm “NAKRI” cover east of the Philippines will move to Korea and Japan during 1-3 August with no effect on Thailand.
