Scattered to fairly widespread rain is likely over Thailand with isolated heavy rain the North and the upper Northeast. People should beware of heavy rain and continuous collective rainfall. The areas include Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Nan, Phrae, Phayao, Lampang, Tak, Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Sakon Nakhon and Nakhon Phanom.
