This low pressure cell will move along the monsoon trough to cover upper Vietnam and Laos. While the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. Abundant rain is likely over upper Thailand, as well as heavy rain much of the North, the Northeast and the East.
During 4-6 Sep, the monsoon trough will remain across the North and the Northeast while the stronger southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. Scattered to fairly widespread rain is expected overall country and isolated heavy rain in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South West Coast while the wave height about 2 meters in the Andaman Sea.
Warning People in the North, the Northeast and the East should beware of heavy rain and collective rainfall throughout the period. During 4-6 Sep, all ship in the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution.
