Weather Forecast Typhoon “Kalmaegi” has moved past the Philippines to upper South China Sea. It is expected to move to Hainan and China mainland. It will make landfall over upper Vietnam during 16-18 September. More rain and Isolated heavy to very heavy rain is expected especially in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South West Coast. People should beware severe weather. The rather strong southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. All ships in the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution.
