Weather Forecast During 6-7 Oct, the rather strong high pressure from China extends to the North and the Northeast of Thailand. Drop in temperature 2-3 oC is likely in the upper Thailand. The active monsoon trough lies across the upper South and the Gulf of Thailand with abundant rain and heavy rain in many places. While the active low cell over the Andaman Sea is moving to the Bay of Bengal and India. This causes strong wind wave 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea.
During 8-9 Oct, the high pressure over the North and Northeast will weaken. Rise in temperature is expected over upper Thailand. The weak monsoon trough over the upper South and the Gulf of Thailand with scattered rain.
During 10-12 Oct, another rather strong high pressure area from China will extend to the North and the Northeast of Thailand. Thundershowers with isolated gust are expected over upper Thailand. The stronger monsoon trough will lie across the upper South and the Gulf of Thailand. More rain and isolated heavy rain is expected in the South
Warning During 6-7 and 10-12 Oct, people in the South should beware collective rainfall. All ship in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and small boat in the Andaman sea keep ashore. People in the North and the Northeast take care your health from weather change and beware of thundershower and gust during 10-11 Oct.
