General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The rather strong high pressure from China extends to cover the North and the lower Northeast of Thailand, affecting thundershowers of early hour over the upper country. The temperature will further drop by 3-5 ?C, later the rain spell especially with cool weather and morning fog in the North and the Northeast. The monsoon trough across the middle South and the Gulf with more rain and some heavy rain in the South.
Tropical Cyclone “HUDHUD” (03B) over eastern India is expected to downgrade while Typhoon “VONGFONG” over the Pacific is forecast to cross Japan during 13-14 October. All travelers should follow the weather forecast before their departure.
